The basic concept:
 - Build your own page describing your charity or event
- Add your Paypal account
- Set the start and finish dates - your page will start the countdown
- Direct everybody to your page to buy balloons probably at £2 each (use facebook, email etc)
- Once users buy the balloons they get competitive and want to win, they ask for donations (using facebook, email etc)

This takes you to Kevs page and you can visit his balloon and see the scoreboard etc.
The site is also a random search engine, the balloons fly across real websites, it's free to add any site as long as the content is cool.
Here are the costs, remember you can sell the balloons for £2 each plus you will get several boost donations from each balloon, the average balloon will probably earn you £6. You will need to supply winners prizes but if you get a sponsor you can link to their website from your page.
100 Balloons - £50.00
250 Balloons - £117.50
500 Balloons - £235.00
750 Balloons - £330.00
1000 Balloons - £400.00
There are 14 boost games so we suggest your race should last 2 weeks - one game per day.
